What distinguishes me as a person and trainer?

I have developed a collaborative coaching and facilitation approach to training. I draw the participants attention to their inner being, where behaviors and mindsets are the starting point for a type of change, which is real and sustainable. I have gained a cross cultural awareness following the successful facilitation of training sessions in a number of different countries and languages.

Delegates appreciate my industry experience and benefit from a solution focused approach. When I am not working I like to spend time with family and friends. I am passionate about sports, cooking, traveling and learning.

What fascinates me about New Leadership

From a neuroscientific perspective, New Leadership is the most effective neuroleadership (brain optimized learning) training. The most sustainable learning happens through an emotional experience, when one is pushed out of one's comfort zone into action. New Leadership facilitates this precise way of learning most successfully in the market. The exercises are designed to stretch the learner for the optimal experience and the long term results are worth the pain.
